    Judging by the stickers, that would be one of the easter basket KOs you used to be able to find at places like Big Lots.

    If you're looking for something similar (but official) you might be interested in the Generation 2 version of Devastator. It'd be more expensive, but a lot more durable and it'd be the real thing.

    Thanks for the fast reply. I already have the G2 version, and I thought this slight color difference would look good in my collection.

    If memory serves, that's the "not quite Micromaster-sized" KO that was sold for at Big-Lots along with KO versions of Sixwing and Sixbuilder for $3.99 each. Not sure if they still have them available or not, but for the price, they weren't too shabby.
