Omnius and I were just speaking on MSN, I sold him a Car Robots Black Convoy, and he's been looking through the catalogue inside, which has some RiD figures he's never even heard of, including this one:

It appears to be a redeco of Action Master Prime... we've tried all the usual avenues with no joy. Does anyone have a clue who this is? Or have any info about it?

Aha, so not a TF per se. I suppose that means he doesn't need to worry about more figures to complete the series :lol  Cheers guys!

Most interesting finds, thanks guys! :D  It's the first I've heard of a TF mould being used elsewhere outside of Brave.

Haha. :D  Ever closer to RiD/CR completion!

That bit on the catalogue was advertising the Microman series from around the same time, you also have the Laser Cycles advertised on there which are reuses of Road Rocket and Road Pig, with the modded handlebars for the Microman figure hands, which every release of them since then has used.

IIRC, it's just those three toys that got reused like that.

Same series also had that crazily awesome Playstation playset I think.

    Also released Micromaster Countdown.

    That line also produced:
    Gameboys.
    Cup of Noodle Soup.
    Soda Can.
    Soda Bottle.

Some really cool everyday items that transform into a battle station/vehicle of some sort.

I am pretty sure that Optimal Optimus was never released in the Microman line.
