I am wanting to read a few new titles with a more adult story. Here is some titles I was wanting to try: 100 bullets, fables, the older starman series, y the last man, rex mundi, and the walking dead. Any comments on these series? Any other recommendations? Thanks

Invincible. Not as adult as Walking Dead, but everyone should be reading it or at least check it out.

    Check out Strangers in Paradise.

Unfortunately, there's only 9 issues left, but well worth the read if you get the TPB's. I believe quite alot of Library's carry them as well.

I meant to put invincible down. It is supposedly very ultimate spidey like and I like that most of the time.

    Adult stories?

Ex machina and Desolation Jones. Nothing can top a former military experiment walking around downtown LA talking to people like Dirty Sanchez and trying to find stolen Hitler porn.

Dream Hunters is different, it was more of a short story with illustrations by Yoshitaka Amano. The regular series was standard comic book style. It is also one of the best comic series ever written. Do yourself a favor and get the graphic novels. You will not regret it.

You'll love Death. Everybody loves Death.

Fables, Y the Last Man and The Walking Dead are all fantastic. I highly recommend all three of 'em. Also, even though it's just starting (or perhaps because it's just starting), I recommend American Virgin. The first two issues have been excellent so far.

Also, just making sure, but you've read Watchmen, right?

Oh yeah, I have read watchmen. Excellent book. I have read quite a bit of moore's work but never the abc line. Is it good?
