I got Generations Skullgrin along with five other Transformers for Christmas, all were in great condition. When I opened Skullgrin I found out that he was missing the one end of his pick axe. It didn't fall out or get stuck in his leg, the piece was missing from the factory. I was planning on taking him back to Target tomorrow to exchange him for a new one. If that didn't work I would try to contact Hasbro or just buy a new one. Let me know what you guys think I should do.
    Thanks, Trukkinmunky!

Hasbro will tell you to send the whole thing back, and will substitute it with something they deem of equal value.

Good chance they won't send you another Skullgrin.

Some chance they won't even send you another Generations figure.

Potentially, they could dump any Deluxe they have lying around the place on you.

Target is likely to be the least hassle... so long as they have another Skullgrin to give you.

If there's nothing on the shelf, ask nicely, maybe somebody will go have a look in the stockroom for you.

Yeah they'll probably send you Tuner Mudflap. I'd hold onto it til you see anothe one at Target. Keep it in your car that's what I do.

You can always wait a week or two before taking it back to Target. They are usually swamped with returns and exchanges at this time of year. They probably won't have another one. Wait till they restock. Just return before the end of January and you should be fine.

the difference between Lucky Draw and Hasbro's replacement policy is that with Hasbro, you never get lucky.

    find another at Target.
