    Hey all

I just recently purchased a large collection of G1 Transformers, a lot of really nice toys, but there are a few that have been painted with some kind of paint. The original owner painted accents on the toys as a kid. That would be really cool if he didnt use G2 colors and had a steady hand haha. It's not major but I would like to remove it. I feel that paint thinner will ruin the plastic and/or original paint so I was hoping for a suggestion from the board. Alot of the toys are worth trying to save like metal toes Hot Rod, Targetmaster Cyclonus and Kup, few other Targetmasters and their guns, Springer, etc. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I know I could google search plastic safe cleaners but I would like to hear from people who have actually used something successfully.

    Thanks!

    Try using rubbing alcohol.
