I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but there seem to quite a few people on the boards who know a lot about toys, so I thought I would ask.

Im looking to get some information or pics on the web for a toy I got for christmas a long time ago. I was nine or ten, so that would have been about 1704 (kidding - it was 1985/86).
Basically it was a Voltron-type robot whic was made up of motorbikes. I don't have any pics so I'll try and describe it as well as I can remember; it came in one big box and was about 12 inches tall in robot mode. It was made up of five motobikes; the main body/head turned into a three-wheeled chopper-type bike, and the arms & legs were more like racing bikes. the arm bikes bent in the middle (as the robots elbows). All the wheels came off the bikes and then the hands and feet, and the parts for attaching the limbs to the body went where the wheels were.

I have no idea what line it was from, or if it was a knock-off or what. Its just been wrecking my head for the last few weeks now.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, you clever and all-knowing people.

    Cheers!

It's Motor Jumbo!!! I just got mine out of storage last week. Still in great shape with all the pieces. Box & all. I think it is a bootleg and not an official US release. It looks similar to the one in the link. I got it around 1985 when Voltron was popular. I didn't know it was a show. While it looks cool, unlesss the bikes are alive, it is sort of stupid since there would be bikers hanging off it.
