I'm actually happy hearing about something like that. I dont play much sport games, but NBA Jam was one those titles I've played over and over again back in my young'in days. It's just straght forward basket ball without the cluster fuck or people or rules.

The rules being get ball in hoop, who ever has the most points wins!

As much as I loved NBA Jam, I don't like the idea.

I am also confused about the fact that it is only a Wii title.

First and only Basketball game that I have purchased since the days of Genesis. Too bad you really can't try games on the Wii.

I read a rumour as to the reason its on the Wii is that it doesn't support online play and if they wanted to put it onto the other consoles they would need to implement an online feature otherwise people wouldn't be willing to spend the money for it.

But i'm not overly convinced by that.

Indeen, this is one game that would not only benefit from online, but also from being able to chat and easy access to friends.
