    :lol

hey funk, i read the hoopla with al too. kinda refreshing but its a 2 pronged sword. it could be just him afraid of realising his potential. that said, i saw his play with the celts when they had only young bucks, he seems like he'll be a solid...journeyman :lol  but he nice, just not max contract nice.

I am a big Suns fan. Love watching their run and gun play. Steve Nash is a helluva passer, and Amari is the one of the few centers who can run. The whole team is a joy to watch.

His 33 points and 16 boards last night disagree with you. That's 33 points, 16 rebounds against Yao Ming. He has some of the best post moves since Olajuwon. Last night he looked like the Dream.

Here is the breakdown of his last four games prior to last night.
    25 points / 11 reb.
    26 points / 20 reb.
    20 points / 12 reb.
    40 points / 19 reb.

For the year he is 21.5 pts / 12.3 reb in 36 minutes.

Many say he is weak on defense, but in the past 8 games, the Wolves have won 5, and have kept their opponents under 87 ppg on average. This has been with an incredibly small lineup, and Al playing out of his natural position.

I simply cannot fathom why the Suns would want Shaq. Yes Marion has been unhappy but make a trade that makes sense!

I call it the Anti-UNLV trade for the Suns since Marcus Banks is in the mix too. Bastards! GO REBELS!

It's a great trade for the Heat, but NOT for the Suns. They could have gotten more for Marion that old Shaq.

Couldn't beleive it!...Marion likes his money though more than winning so we'll see how he's doing when the suns are making their run in the playoffs...If Shaq stays healthy, it could work...teams are going to have to decide whether or not to double team shaq..if so, suns have more than enough guys to hit the 3's...let alone have Stat get the ball and throw it down on some fool...too many people freaking out negatively about it...rightfully so, but I think it will work better than we think

Larr-y, Larr-y. Man, I do miss those days. 'Course, now we got KG and Ray Allen, it's finally fun to watch again.

Yeah, I liked him when he was in Boston. He may not make all the highlight reels, but he is a solid player all around.

Ah, the trigger was pulled on the deal. It should still be fun to watch come playoff time.

I don't see Shaq fitting in well with the high speed offense of the Suns.

Shaq will always be behind the offense.... I still have high hopes for the Suns in their playoff run. The Lakers on other hand, I can see them going to the conference final or even the finals. Spurs as always are under the radar, never count them out.

at this point of marions career I'm thinking the suns just wanted the best deal possible rather than losing him to free agency later. Gm prolly thought they weren't gonna win with him anyway so was like as wth n pulled the trigger. Its basically a pre rebuilding move plus a lame shaq is still an above average center.

That's exactly where we like it. We just need to get healthy before the playoffs start.

I just don't know what the Suns organization is thinking, bringing in Shaq. He's old, hurt and heavy. No way he can keep up with their offense. But if anybody can make it work, it's Nash.

If Spurs were to jump in on this whole frontcourt upgrade, I can see them trying to snag Jermaine O'Neal.
