So $240 for a nano scale Predaking manufactured by a licensee vs. $190 for a full sized, die cast reissue from Takara. Yeah, that makes sense.

Fans always have this idea that Predaking is the largest combiner. So why get a smaller scale one? Use the full size one with other small scale figures so he's huge compared to them.

If you have to ask "why" or question why it's expensive, it's clear that this kit is not being marketed to you and you should simply not worry about it and go on about your business.

I really don't understand why hasbro don't do model kits, it would be a way of expanding into a new market. (I know people will say it makes kos easier to make but they exist anyway)

Because they aren't any good at it. Their last effort (Well, Takara's) was Superlink Grand Convoy. It's pretty... not good. I posted a topic in feedback forum for it.

Granted Tomy's in the picture now, and they used to do Zoids, so... you never know.

Makes me sound like an ass, doesn't it?

well there is something to be said about these kits ...they very very rarely go for sale on ebay...which means probably most are held onto by their owners....even at the larger costs for a small tf toy.
