Essentially, what you see in the pictures is me actually opening the package at each step in real time. Consider this my feeble attempt at recreating some of my suspense tonight and sharing it with you great TF fans in the Toyark forum....

P.S. I wouldn't bother doing this if it weren't a big-spend item. For those who don't have this, this is what it's like! :ev:

    Unopened package....hmmm.

    Cutting it open...

    Nothing so far...

    Packing slip...

What I paid, but now the contents of package are known.

    Packing material.

A manila envelope? Didn't see that coming...

Nicely bubble-wrapped. No harm to contents so far...

    Getting through the bubble wrap.

    Literally just opening the folder.

    Close-up of certificate.

    Broad perspective of sweet-ass figures.

    Don't hate. Appreciate.

    That was fun.

They're all great. I think I like Dirge (Ramjet mold) the best. Even with the wing differences compared to the original, it just....works. I sort of wish Thrust's nosecone was a bit longer though. It doesn't bother me so much with the other coneheads, for some reason.

Nice, but I still can't find myself justifying that kinda of money for repaints >_>

But I can see why some people would.

Well, this thread shamelessly gloats, so no apologies for what I spent on this. I have a nice job and this is my hobby. Besides, my spending on new releases looks to be very small over the next year or so. Basically, I'm waiting until next year's Botcon set and Classics 2.0. Soooo, in the grand scheme of things, this didn't hit me that hard at all in the wallet.

Congrats. Those Boxes the jets come in are so hard, I doubt any of them arrived dented.
