Here is my take on the autobot's double agent!

Made from Sunstreaker's body, half of TFTM Incinerator and Sunstreaker's heads, and his sword is from Knock-off Galvatron

Did you do all of this with just one brush? Did you try taking the figure apart first? I like the mods you made, but the paint just looks rushed and caked on. What type are you using? Not to put you down or anything, but I'm really pulling for you to improve on your painting technique someday.

I actually took this guy apart, had him primed and used 3 different brushes.

Well it is unique that you made your own version of Punch/Counterpunch. I do agree with Satomi here, not to gang up on ya about your painting techniques, but still practice makes perfect.

I don't know what it is then...

Perhaps you didn't apply thin coats? Or maybe it's the picture itself that's making it appear that way. Also, something I wanted to suggest in my first post: masking off areas. It looks like there's paint "bleeding" onto other parts of the figure. Sorry to give you a hard time. I'm just trying to be honest and help you out. I know others here that'd feel the same way.

i think it looks good, the paint looks better in car mode than bots mode

I have been thinking of this 1 since before it was released, now i have finally got a sunstreaker so might try it

It's okay EZ. Thanks for complementing it

Well, i primed this guy with several layers, and i was painting other projects at the same time, so that might be the cause.

    Thanks! Good Luck on yours!

I would recommend 1 coat, maybe 2 depending on the coverage of the primer you're using. I think 4 is a little much personally.

Came out pretty good. What did you use to alter the head?

Cut the heads, sanded down the pegs, filled it in with some putty, then superglued the halves together

I like it and here is an idea for your painting. Take some parts you dont ever plan to use, and practise on them. And give it time. Dont rush.
