I've started this on Nov. 21, 2008 to Dec. 7, 2008 so I'm happy of what I've done. It may not be perfect, but damnit I tried my best to create him. His bot mode will follow and be posted here as well. So everyone here at TFW2005 heres my version of Slag. And please give me some c&c of what your thoughts about it and thanks.

UPDATE: The waiting is over the Universe Slag (robot mode) is done and I hope you enjoy it. I've started this one on the 11th and finished it on the 20th.

Yes, he'll have the same transformation scheme, but his feet are going to be huge.

WOW!! Man you put some serious time into this!! Great Job! The panel details and the colors are awesome! I like the blaster mounted on top.... That just screams Kick @ss!
The only thing I think that would help him stand out more if the ground area was a different color... Man now bring on the bot mode!! whoohoo!

That looks great. I like how you've incorporated certain design elements that Grimlock had. I do see what he's talking about in respects to the ground. As-is it looks as though he's walking on crumpled up paper. Which the more I think about it, the more it makes sense. Would be awesome for a toy with a similar dino-mode to this be made, but I'm not going to be holding my breath any time soon for more Classics styled Dinobots. Keep up the good work.

Looks great man! I like the tail details, subtle nods to Classics Grimlock's tail architecture. The color scheme is right on as well! I would suggest dual hip cannons, if I recall that's how he had them in Dino mode. But I do see where you are coming from with the back mounted cannon, Grims has one like that! I say, bravo!:rock

Thanks. Now speaking about dual hip cannons I'm planning on doing that for my version of Snarl right after Slag's bot mode so that'll be something cool to see.

Very nice work, E! I really dig the art style and the colors used for him. You did a great job on this, bro. You should definitely look into doing the rest of the Dinobots. I'd enjoy seeing your take on Grimlock.

Keep up the great work, man.

Thanks I've put alot of thought into it. It wasn't easy though, but I put it off quite nicely. As for Grimlock I wouldn't because there was alright a classics Grimlock to begin with so I just took what they had and decided to do Slag.

Thanks. I was in a rush, I've should've using some shading to give Slag a 3d look, but hopefully the bot mode would look better. So thanks for the c&c. I do appreicate it.
