Hey guys, I found some gems that I wanted to share with you guys! When I was home at my parents' house for Christmas in 2007, not only did I get to do some cool things like repair my G1 Jetfire (his landing gear had been messed up since 85 or so), but I ran across these illustrations from "back in the day". Oddly enough, I didn't draw TFs a whole lot as a kid, but these are good examples of how much I loved TFs at least. I hope you enjoy them! :)

i remember when i used to draw stuff like that! but most of them we're trains falling into volcanos, getting struck by lightning, etc. i liked the one where the jets were shooting at the autobots best. awsome job when you were that age!

Thanks. I played out more of my made adventures than I did illustrating them as a kid. As a small kid I was more . . .

drawing trains as well at this age. My dad is a railroader, so trains have always had a big place in my life. My trains were always on the tracks though, :lol  Drawing trains over and over really developed a lot of my art skills during this age (ages 3-7). I also really enjoyed drawing cartoon characters (Looney Tunes and the like) quite a bit. It wasn't until much later (preteen/teen) that I really concentrated on honing a lot of my skillz.

    Hehe, thanks! :)

That would be awesome. These drawrings take me back about as much as the old TF coloring books. Almost. (I really was heavily impacted by the box art and the coloring books as a kid in the Transformers world).

I don't have any art older than 7th grade, and I was long outta TFs by that point.

Wow, awesome stuff! I wish I still had my childhood artwork.

I remember while doodleing Transformers during class one time, my teacher took my pictures and saved them for the parents/teachers day. My dad was not impressed.

That's totally rad! You found the storyboards for "Carnage in C-Minor"!

Seriously though, cool stuff. I'm sure I had some drawings of TFs from my younger days too (though they're most likely looong gone), as that's pretty much all I daydreamed about...some things never change.

Neat. I like the hot rod one. Not because I like hot rod, but because it has color. Haha.

Man, this brings me back to the days of being 7 and drawing a series of semi-coherent super robot style comics called "Omechazorium". Btw, cool pictures. It's always fun to see stuff like this. :)

in that third picture, where the jets are firing at the cars. That first car is really really good:D  did you drew it? Because that's almost perfectly done.

It's always nice to have memories, one of my first digimon drawings is still framed and hanging in the stairway
