There was a female ninja robot in g1 called nightbird or nightblade idk, but it could kick every autobots butt at once, so megatron watched her from a screen and got a boner every 5 seconds over her instead of going there with all decepticons to aid her but she was defeated, put offline by japanese inventor and never appeared again on show or as a toy.

So who will be others ? Well these rainbow HM bots that kill galvatron lol, listen to dubs btw :

Yeah but unfourtunatly she was basicly nothing more then a damsel in distrees/living plot device in Animated while in Prime she's WAY more developed and not easy to take down.

Movie BB. His character didn't evolve ever even when they hinted at it they kinda back tracked to keep him in the same roles for the sequels)

Armada Hotshot. A totally unneeded character I'd rather forget existed.

Energon ironhide... funny thing is if they played up the ****** aspect he could have been awesome in a Bill and Ted/wayne's world kinda way.

Movie Jazz... just such a waste of time on so many levels

TFA Dinobots (pick one they all fall into this) just such a waste they didn't really do anything past their creation and just seemed to be the henchmen for who ever gave them a kicking (surprisingly quite a few it seems)
