Sky-Byte was recently revealed to have existed in Animated thanks to the AllSpark Almanac, so I thought why not design what I think he'd look like?



He's a Cybertronian six-wheeled transport vehicle dealie. I arranged his back kibble how I normally arrange it on my Transmetal 2 Cybershark (Sky-Byte's redecoed from him), and I designed his head to resemble a beret, since all we know about Animated Sky-Byte is that he's a famous poet. That's also my reason for the soul patch. Enjoy (can't wait to see if Split Lip freaks out about this...)!

cool design, but i always thought of sky-byte sort of like sloth from the goonies. he looks like hell, but he's actually pretty sweet. i think his face needs to reflect that more. the rest is spot on

 

I didn't really see that connection, as I haven't seen the goonies. Thanks for the comment though. You too, Rumble02!

 

Nice design. I think he'd make a great addition to the Animated cast.
