It's already posted in the discussion of the pics but it's turning into an angry yelling match in need of a group hug. I gave him/her/it better eyes, made from the original eyeclops and the big widget in the leg. I removed the due claws because they are stupid if you understand mammalian predators and made the tail more "bio weaponish" I'm terrible at edit pics so be kind. But be honest.
While I still think the actual one is better, this is still cool. Ravage isn't mammalian, or even Earthen, so I don't see how the due claws are stupid. The bio weapon tail is a nice touch, even if the mace tail is more deadly looking.
like i said in the other thread, i think the tail in your version is better, but i really dont see anything wrong with the spikes and the original head. I think the one eye/nose whatever it is gives ravage a serveilance type look, sort of like a security camera attached to a cats body, i could see that eye zooming in and out on the autobots and snapping pictures and recording video. a lot of people mentioned ravage having depth perception problems with one eye, and a lot of people seem to think ravage does have two eyes and the orange thing is something else. Either way i think it could work
I just meant his frame is mammalian. Just as Skorpy was well... Scorpionish. I like the original too. My only real concern is the tail. It's excessive even for an evil robot.
I like what you've done with it. Taking out some of the extra bits makes him look a bit sleeker and cat like while still leaving enough parts to complicated without being too busy. Without the strange thing on his face and better defined eyes there is also that cat look. Since it gives you sort of a flat area where the nose would be I might suggest a Decepticon logo there since it would give a bit of a cat's nose look without having to add extra parts. I also like the tail being toned down a bit. Still looks like it could be used for a weapon but a more cat like look. I'm not too crazy about the large disk like thing the designer put on the upper rear leg at the hip, but that's more of my minor thing of always wanting them just a little better armored.
Thanks for the comments. The funny thing is I used that disk thing for the eye. I resized it and placed the old eye in it.
I think it's supposed to be like a hinge. I don't see how it's "less armoured". I like the original Ravage's tail because it looks like a mace. Like he could jump into a crowd of people and just swing it around and kill everybody. But I like this one because it looks like it could stab someone ala Scorp's in the first movie. Though I miss all the claws for a similar reason to the tail, because the originals look more shread-ready. lulwut?
