    It sounds to me like that the reason the panels aren't lining up quite so well is because it's dyed. The dying process can warp parts because they're heated with acetone to accept the dye. As you said, though, it's a non-issue for you since you like this aspect :) 

    Sioce looks to have done a great job with the figure :thumb

    That particular one actually had issues before I messed with it.
    I thought I just sucked at transforming it.
    All of the subsequent customs have been perfect. I offered to replace Paul's, but he likes the weird panels, so it's good with me :) 

    Course it could be that the original had a minor issue and I made it worse with dyeing it...no idea.

    I'm pretty happy with these guys :)
