that pretty much sums it up... even when closing the sides down one at a time, they just wanna kinda open back up a little... nothing's block them either.

Is there anything I can do? Or, is this thing just a mess?

Was it closed when you got it out of the box, or did it have that open line in it? If it was open it could be a factory defect. Try taking all of the armor pieces off and then close it. If it remains closed without the accessories in it than you may have them slightly mis-transformed. If it's still open it's definitely a factory defect.

check the viewfinder for the cannons, flip it the other way, it sticks up slightly the wrong way and will keep the trailer open (i think it is supposed to go forward on the cannons)

Yea, I keep it flipped forward, bc it blocks the mask from being able to go in place on alt mode if not.

Right now, I took a bunch of rope, and wrapped it a bunch of times to hold it in place. I'm hooping if I keep it there for a day or two, it may warp things to where they need to be.

check the back parts that make up the feet. Mine wouldnt close because they werent properly aligned. it was hard to notice at first but look up close. Hope that helps.

Hoenstly, that was first thing I checked, and then I tried without the feet part on at at all: Same difference :(

I'm going to check when I get home from work, but, I'm hoping the rope binding worked, becuase that **should** get the plastic warped to where it should be if I'm correct.

Ok, so all I had to do was put some nail polish on the tabs, and it fits together perfectly now.

Simply fix, and I'm surprised i didn't think of t sooner.
