As being introduced to the World of RPG's this year the Phantasy Star's appealed to me. this game's character setup is easy to get through despite the fact it's in Japanese. as long as you know that X is for going back and O is for enter you should be good. new features have been added like a shield and the ability to do a hollywood style Jump roll to safety kinda thing have been added. As well as an Online multiplayer function, but was unable to test that out because only 200,000 people can play on the Demo online Multi and I am a month to late to register. You're paired with what I saw (and heard) to be a whiny teenage girl with the ability to heal, Since my Japanese is poor (I'm still learning). I don't really know what she was Whining, and crying about throughout the whole game. There is a cool free roam feature it only works at the HQ but it's still cool. You can carry over your PSP1 characters but I forgot you could so I made a new character for no reason. Verdict It's a really cool Game I rate it an 8 out of 10,due to the fact it's not fully in English if you can't wait for the english Demo You can obtain the Japanese Demo and (I think) full game at the Japanese PSN or you can obtain the Demo here The PSP Demo Center - If at first you don't succeed, read the instructions. go to downloads and then Demo's http://pspdemocenter.com/list.php?c=pcdown needs PSP Update 6.10 at the least
I wanted to get the demo but I hate the hassle of swapping my PSP between accounts. I might do it anyway. I enjoyed PSPportable 1.
It is an Awesome Game I only own 1 full game but I get much joy of how much PSP1-2 Demos have to offer
I'll pick it up in a few. Hey Ace, have you tried Ad Hoc Party? Just downloaded it. I'll install it on my 2000. It looks really awesome.
as far as I know unless people look it up nobody without connections knows this game even exist here in the USA
Well I check the Japanese store from time to time, but one thing that was pretty cool is that I installed it into my 2000 and GO without the need to change my PSP's account to my Japanese account, so I can play it and my other games without a hassle. This is a vast vast improvement over Portable 1, and I will be buying this day 1. I like that now you can lock and strafe with guns as well as swords (in part one it was just swords). Full voice overs for the story mode and "drawn" stills for the NPCs, great music, and killer new costumes. SEGA does it again.
I'm bummed that there is no release date. These characters are yapping and yapping and I have no idea what they are going on about, but it sounds fun. And the new Personal Room design is AWESOME!
Oh jeez you two, GET A ROOM! And then invite me in to get a three-some... For the game I mean, the game!
Hell yeah, Rage, it's on. A hunting we will go......well whenever Sega announces a release date. We could always use Adhoc party and play part one, when you get your PS3.
