A G1 Omega Supreme in Box. Missing instructions and a few of the clips. He says the electronics don't work, but we're going to take a look at it later.

    He paid $10 for it.

I got one a few years back at a Toy Fair, C8 In box, Complete for $225.

I'm a little jealous to say the least.

one of the best finds yet at value village! :)

I've found trypticon and jetfire there for 3 bucks each, but they were both loose and broken. I still bought them of course :D

Last year I found a full set of G1 Predacons at Value Village. They were divided between two of the little toy grab bags they have. Definitely played with, no weapons or combining bits (damn it's hard to find Predaking fists, feet and heads for a reasonable price!) but also nothing broken! Divebomb had his wings and everything.

Total cost... $4. I had them displayed in beast mode on my mantle as a little herd. Never cared much for them back in the day, but I'm quite taken with them now. :)

VV in metro halifax is slim pickins too. the best i ever found was a laser rod a few years ago, a KO jetfire and lots of beastwars missing limbs and such. they had a complete snake mountain set there once, i should have gotten, but oh well.

Even though I've never heard of it, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Value Village is a pawn shop-like store located in Canada.

VV is a chain of used/unsold goods. clothing, household items, toys, etc. alot of stuff is donated, and is a really great place to find cool vintage clothes and stuff. I spend nearly $400 every halloween there. best darn costume place in metro. also, as a photographer, it's a great place to find wardrobe for shoots, shoes etc. It was an independant chain, but since the walmart canada parent company bought int o them, i've noticed the quality control go down, and the prices go up.

i was all excited to find a 2 piece black PVC body suit and jacket for $30 but upon closer inspection, teh pvc had ripped from the bum of the pants, and you could see the mesh. i can't believe it made it to the sales floor. it looked like someone wanted to make homemade chaps. but i did find a $180 lipservice PVC copdress there for $6 i picked up for my wardrobe trunk.

Er, this might be a pertinent time to point out that Wheeljaxx is a fetish photographer. Tools of the trade. :)
