    Hello guys.

As some have already shown here, I have made some changes to the look of my Devas NBK.

I still have 2 nbk missing - Mixmaster and Long Haul, lost in the unbelievable tangles of the Brazilian post office.

The changes were very subtle. Basically, I've eliminated all the translucent oranges around the toys. The glasses will get a translucent purple in place of the orange and the others will be replaced by gray or dark gray or even black, whichever place it is in the body of the robots.

Another change is in relation to the viewfinder of their eyes. I used a permanent red marker for that, but mostly to maintain their translucency.

Finally the gray forearms were given black ink, basic.

They are not ready but I like the result too much.

The last part was with the painting of the 'glasses' of the cabins. As soon as they are ready I will make individual galleries of each.

Unfortunately, due to my incurable anxiety, I painted the glass of the Scrapper cabin with a brush and the result was not satisfactory. I'll use the airbrush in the others.

How did you deal with the orange windows? Did you actually have to replace the pieces with translucent purple plastic cut to size?

That hideous orange... what was NBK thinking?

Oh hell... That translucent orange!!! I was inclined to paint translucent purple. However I saw in the KO Gravity Builder post here in the forum, a guy who traded the orange pieces with the blue from the yellow version. I have a friend here in Brazil who is putting together this yellow version and he agreed to make the exchange just as it was done there.

I'm seriously thinking about it. But the certainty is that orange will not stay. Did not match with the toy, which was very good!

Hmm, I wonder how well paint over that trans orange would work... I'm tempted to pick up this set but I can't stand the orange.
