The worst that could happen is that Shapeways will pull your listing. There are actually a lot of items with Autobot insignia on Shapeways already.
update added classics thrust / ramjet / seeker weapons: Below are the only reference I used so far... I know that thrust has some sort of nullray available and will get them too
Really diggin the Seeker rifles and conehead weapons. I have been waiting while for someone to do these in Shapeways.
nice clean models. A little something I noticed if I may offer a suggestion... Try to hard edge some of those areas. They look a but soft and blended instead of sharp in areas they should be. Specifically the third gun on the right. Keep up the good work.
thnx... yeah somehow the renders look soft??? could this be a default MAYA2011 render setting?? since the edit wireframe view looks pretty hard right! Who wants to be a guinea pig and test for me cash is MEGA LOW right now And I still need to find out how to make a peg 3mm and 5mm... when that's settled a could adjust the scale of the rest... I could even make them MP sized for the upcomming I-gear coneheads
UPDATE: This is a test to see if I can make a 3D copy when using a backdrop (above is my interpretation, will have to import or redesign using Maya) NOTE: below the original designer is ..... not mine, just made a 3D copy
well default cheapest seem to have textured... but of course these are extremely simple objects the sand for smoothing O and yes apparently they have also got more expensive options thnx yeah I've been going with the boxart for all 3 coneheads no it's a setting in the renderer, but haven;t found it yet
