First, my friend lands a permanent job in Beijing so he wanted me to babysit his 360. No word as to whether or not he'll ever come back to the States. This includes an extra controller and many, many games. Second, we just picked up Viv's older brother who flew in from NYC. He camped out for a Wii and brought it over here for us to all play when the family gets together for Thanksgiving. Or so we thought. On the car ride back, he lets us know that the Wii is for us to KEEP. As a Christmas present. I was floored. Honestly I really couldn't accept it since he camped out for hours for the thing and I thought that he earned it and should keep it, but he insisted that it's ours. Not only the Wii, but three extra controllers, two nunchuks, and two games. So now I have a free 360 and a free Wii. Compound that with the GameCube that I got as a graduation gift from my friends, Viv's PSP that she bought, and a DS that Viv's older brother bought the last time he was here and left it with us (it was originally for their little brother but Viv got him a DS Lite instead,) I haven't bought a console since the PS2. Needless to say, I am so grateful. I wonder if my luck will land me a free PS3. Hmmm.
Me-> <-Razerwire I hate you SO MUCH right now. Wait a minute, Xbox 360s get the Red Ring of Death! HAH! It's only a matter of time, RW. Only a matter of time before that Xbox 360 gets it.
As much as an asshole as Razorwire is, I can't wait till his luck turns. Then I'll be laughing my ass off.
Twin Twist McBradders 123 British St. London, ENG Yeah, that's my address if you want to rob me. Don't you mean LUCKY asshole? Refer to above address. What the heck is the Red Ring of Death? And I doubt I'll get it since I barely use the 360 at all. Damned thing overheats like there's no tomorrow. Dammit Al, can't your Scottish ass be HAPPY for me once? Are all Scots this bitter? Was it always like this since William Wallace? I dunno. I am truly blessed with great friends and family. Although sometimes I do want to strangle some family members, but I think that's natural for all people.
Yeah, I just googled it and read about it. Man. first the blue screen of death and now the red ring of death? Luckily I don't use the 360 that often.
