    I haven't stopped by a local Popeye's in a while, so I have one question to ask: Does the combo specifically state that it's a leg and thigh, or is it called a "2-piece" meal with a picture of a leg and thigh?

    Either way, 2 pieces of chicken that aren't wings for $1.29 is anything but a ripoff.

    I have a similar story.

    I went to the local McDonalds. So I ordered my intensely gross combo meal and when I got to the window they said "Sir, please pull forward as we are cooking the fries still".

    I told her she was trying to rip me off and IMMEDIATELY demanded my refund. I then went across the street to Burger King and got proper, cold fries like I expect.

    Stupid burger places.
