Seriously...the movie is still three months away from release here and I am already being hounded by the press! 

Not that there aren't plenty of 'geek types' around here, but since I am female, blonde and busty I don't seem to fit the general "geek" appearance criteria, so I always get interwieved for these things...X-men the movie, X2, Spiderman 2....

Those eagle-eyed among you might already have spotted the term "Transformers" in there a few times, but not much else....want a full translation? Just ask.  

 

Translation would be good, doesn't look like they did a good job of getting busty into the article though.

Brimrún Hrönn Hafsteinsdóttir is a huge fan of Transformers and every year attends a convention with other Transformers-enthusiasts in America.

"My re-discovery of Transformers actually happened when I was very ill and bedridden a few years ago. My brother loved Transformers back in the 80'S and had most of their saturday morning cartoons videotaped. I found one of those old tapes during the sick days and went on a total nostalgia trip."
Once she got better, she decided to look for some more information on those old cartoons online and found a message board of fellow Tranformers fans that today she counts as some of her best friends.
"Our group is from all over the world and we try to meet up every year for that main convention" says Brimrún.

The cartoons are still being aired in America where there is a huge following and according to Brimrún thousands of guests attend the convention each year.
"It's mostly buying/selling and trading of the toys and parts, adding to ones collection. Our group however also comes down every year to party and have a good time. I will only pick up the occasional figure if it's something I like" Brimrún says.
Besides Transformers Brimrún is also a bona fide comics and gadget collector and got her first camera age ten.
"I have lots of cameras and am constantly taking pictures. I also have all sorts of music/DJ gear and am a general gadget freask. The more buttons it has, the more fun the gadget!" Brimrun says with a laugh.
