I am not sure if this is the right forum to post a pic of repaints/custom paints...

anyway..here is my first time to do a custom repaint..
    I tried...
personally I think it could be better-- but I am no artist...
i was just not happy with the original black of the 'metal' parts/internals of the robot toy...

I am still debating if I will repaint the interiors of the yellow parts..

suggestions and constructive criticism about the painting technique welcome....

Should be put in the radicons forum section. Simple mistake, so don't feel dumb.

    Looks pretty cool.

    And welcome to TFW2005

you may want to try using some different shades of silver next time. breaks it up a bit better. it looks like you were going for a weathered look, but it comes off more as a "I threw paint at it" type thing. okay for a first try, though.

yes I will try some shades ...and yes I was 'throwing" paint at it hahaha i still need to improve on the technique-- I was just going at it as I was doing it...

I only read about the dry brushing technique and thought of doing it-- and I iwll try that Black washing thing too...
