This is the first scratch built transformer i have ever done.

After the demise of my custom lightspeed, i was wondering about what to bo with his remains. One experiment later, and i made this guy. He is made from bionicle pieces and the front wheels, gun, and arms of my custom lightspeed. He isn't done, as he doesn't have the other two wheels yet.

Thanks to Kouri for finding it out.

With that cannon on the top, I want to say either Onslaught or Mega-Octane. If not, then you got me, bro.

He is a character from G1, but he never had any real dialog. Also, he assisted some one on some missions and appeared in the first few episodes

How'd ya know? Yeah this is my attempt at a transforming roller. i am taking elements of him from the cartoon and various comic images i saw. I jus need two more wheels and the right kind of paint.

No reason it has to have six. If you're gonna be a G1 stickler, then Movie Prime's already banjoed from being a long-nosed truck with flames on it. :p

I like the idea, although it'd be nice if you could come up with a means of giving it legs, otherwise there seems little point in its being able to transform.

But as for mounting yeah Lego seems as good an idea as any, especially since by using Bionicle bits, you might even have a ready-made connector attached.

Cool, cool. Continuing the Bionicle theme not really an option, then? I suppose the parts would be too big to get decent legs on a fig at this size...

I'll probably look for some of the Rahaga limbs, they were pretty small.

Very cool idea! He does have a movie vibe to him with the very mechanical looking bionicle parts! Are you gonna try to shell him a little? Keep us posted as you progress.:thumb

    Nicely done!
Actually, this has inspired me to do a transforming Roller of my own, for my Classics Prime. I'm taking a somewhat different (and simpler) route for mine, though...

You could always go the magnet route to connect him, maybe small rare earth magnets, since he just needs to stay mounted. Good luck with your progress thus far, bro.
