    Dude can mow his lawn.

    ... so I'd take that as a sign that he's doing alright. :) :)

True!...... but back injuries are just so damn tricky to deal with. one simple, yet wrong movement can set you back days if not weeks in your recovery. Not something to taken lightly.

Oh definitely. I'm just saying that improvements to the level of being able to function are a good thing, and the fact that I got to reference another thread's always a plus. :D

    Thanks TrueNomad lol

I am moving, but its awfully damn slowly :)

I mowed really slow and moved really slow, so it took me like 3.5 hrs or so.

Still gonna crash out t-nite with the heating pad on and take my happy fun time muscle relaxers with vicadin mix.......................I swear neither have ever done me a damn bit of good.

Thanks, man. Same for you folks. A thrown back is nothing to play with.

As for my neck and shoulder, I did some shoulder exercises at Physical Therapy, put on a heating pad, and then was put into the traction machine for my neck for about 20 minutes. They are slowly trying to stretch my neck out. I did feel better after the treatment, though I am still not 100%.

Haha jus messing with u man, some of my best friend are fatasses

Pls dont kick my ass k

For reals tho i noticed like my bros who do weights n go on supplements to gain mass n then they slow down or put off n it fucks up their back/develop tendency for back injury (from sports). Not enough to require medical attention but becomes annoying recurrent problem.

I once had something with my neck where I pretty much had to keep my head at a 45 degree angle all day. Felt like a friggen' owl

Hahah. Reminds me of when I fell on my head during a wrestling practice. Of course, I get thrown around all day & not feel a thing, but then I slip on some water & bam, can't move my neck for a month.

That happened to me when I was a kid! I think I slept in an awkward position, and when I woke up Saturday morning, my neck was stuck at that angle. I had to watch cartoons turned sideways that morning.

At 10 I screwed my back up in tae kwon do, still hurts to this day
At 12 I broke my foot and then walked 3 miles, it didnt even hurt
At 13 I tore my rotator cuff, still hurts to this day
At 16 I ripped my knee and needed to use a cane for about a month.
The lesson learned from all of this : No matter how you hurt yourself, if they ask, say it was a barfight.

Nearly broke my damn hand today. I crushed it between my 63 Valiant, and my portable welder. I'm starting to think it was owned by Satan with how many injuries I've had from it!

I guess I should mention I crushed my hand on the Trunk, huh? Also, I know it's going to sound weird, but my Valiant is a he, his name is Marlon. I know it's strange, but I get tired of hearing everyone calling their cars things like Big Bertha, Berta, Beulah, Martha, and all those "Big Girl" names.

I had a fishhook ripped through the tip of my thumb the other day. Not the worst pain I've ever had, but it stung like crazy.

I got cut w/o anesthesia a few years ago.

There is nothing worse. And I've been through plenty.
