Won this Godaikin GD-14 Daidenjin on Ebay for $56, I'm pretty stoked. Design is from 1980 I believe (Bandai) but only got released in North America in 1984. I guess it's the beginning of a new die-cast/vintage madness.

I've been told it's about 6.5-inch tall and that it has a lot of die-cast. My next one will be a bigger DX figure like Daltanias I guess.

My brother has a MIB Daltanias. It kicks ass! He's trying to get a Tetsujin 28 and GoLion now.

Isn't Tetsujin 28 unobtainium? I heard he's heavy in die-cast as hell too.

also heard that these things can get rather pricey. my body got one down here and it had elevators in its legs(or stairs), but i remember him paying close to 6k for one, and it was all diecast.

Tetsujin 28 is pretty much totally made of diecast. He is heavy as hell and can fetch big money$$$. The 3 I've seen sell recently all sold for or almost at $3,000.00! He is rare, heavily desired, and pricey, But he's totally worth it! So is GoLion because he's got a TON of accessories for not only the combined robot, but also for every individual robot lion. If you can buy either complete, and in good shape then do not hesitate one bit to do so.

This is the mecha from the Sentai Denjiman, right? I've got a couple of nice Die Cast mecha, though that one looks bigger and more in depth than they do.

    Since Tetsujin 28 doesn't transform, I don't want it. :p

Got a 2nd Godaikin toy tonight : DX Davilos. Turns from robot to spaceship to gun (with lights and sounds). Looks pretty cool. Apparently die-cast is limited to landing gears and feet, but it's supposed to be quite tall and hey, it's a vintage triple changer!

    That toy :
