My day just got crappy.....

    I ordered a Transformers Collection #12: Minibots from BBTS. It was from the vintage department. I knew it was opened prior.

    I get it in the mail today. Open it up and.......Someone switched out the minibots for old ones. :( 

    No new head on Bumblebee. Stickers all in the wrong spots. Damn. I was so excited.

    I e-mailed them. We will see what they say.

    I can see how it happened. Except for the BB head, they are the same as the old ones. The person might not have relized that was the way to tell them apart. BBTS deals in hundreds of lines, not just TF. They can't be experts in everything.

    That sucks dude, but if I were you I woulnd't worry about it. It's BBTS and they have great service. They'll make it right, I'm confident of it.

    I understand this completely. I don't blame them. I DO blame the douche that did it. I'm sure BBTS will fix it one way or another. I'm not mad at BBTS per se, just mad.

    BBTS is e-mailing me a return label and refunding my money.

    Like I said, I'm not mad at them. BBTS is great.

    BBTS, Automaton Toys and TFsource. These three companies I never worry about when I order. Issues arrise that are beyond the retailers control but these three always step up to the bat.

    I am no surprised BBTS fixed this issue quickly and painlessly.
