That's crazy.   I have a second cousin who steals crap from other relatives then gives it to his kids, pretending he spent money on them instead of buying dope.

OCD does not equal OCP (Obsessive Compulsive Personality)/Obsessive Compulsive Behavior. Incidentally, just cause you have OCD, doesn't mean someone else with OCD has the same obsessions or compulsions.
