so my company got featured on 'Evening Magazine' (a local TV newsmagazine) tonight, and the reporter lady totally geeked out when she saw my Transformers (and 25th Joes) and made the camera man take footage ~ they ended up showing off a bunch of shots, i saw it in high def, but you can check it out online:
Evening Magazine Video On Demand | KING5.com | News for Seattle, Washington

kinda funny... The lady really flipped over the classics and wondered if they were made of metal...

Most people would be like "I was on TV tonight!", but not a TF fan.

You have a barcode for a pocket, this is awesome.

That's a pretty awesome job. I thinks I need to leave Microsoft now. Ahahaha

I've been thinking about taking some of my figures and stuff over to work too, just to Quentin up my desk. Never was sure on what exactly I'd bring though.

lol, why not take a fortmax, unicron or primus :D
I'm also thinking about putting something on my desk over here..
I just think once it's here, it won't be staying in that one place for too long as almost all employees are '80s cartoon freaks etc ^^

Man, that looks like a great place to work. Reminds me of when I used to work in the games industry...ah, Nerfgun fights in the office...

I love the way your classics are behind your monitor, facing out. It's almost like they're guarding the approach to your desk.

Isn't it cool to see other people's reaction? Especially when it is so positive because the get it. :)  Very cool news, and now your TF's and 'Joe's are "TV stars", haha. :thumbs2:  Soon they will have their own agents.

Thanks, guys, it is a pretty fun environment, although we do run lean so when crunch time comes, sometimes you are working until midnight ~ that's the trade off i suppose
lol, someone else said i looked like a hipster
i'm the graphic desinger/marketin artist ~ i do logos for the games, art for the website, ads and stuff ~ i redid all the menus and things for the iPhone game they are showing off in the spot ~ snail mail (it's killer, i highly reccomend it if you have one)

it's not all glamorous though ~ the project i was working on when they show my screen was recreating a screenshot for an upcoming click-wheel iPod game from 320x240 to a print-ready 1280x960 ~ basically had to recreate everything, ugh...

Still, it's overall a great gig...
