Been working on him for a little while but now he's finally finished. The only things removable are the missles and handgun. The chest plate, shoulder stacks and cab halves are permanantly attached and are part of the transformation.

    ----UPDATED----
After 6 years, I decided that my bashing and painting skills have improved to a level that reworking my Ultra Magnus was a must. The new face is molded from Classics Megatron.

Ok, I've got to look hard at those pics when I have more time so I can figure out how it transforms without removing those extra parts.

Well, first the cab halves flip forward with the bumper. Then the stacks swivel out and fold down. (insert regular instructions her) Then the cab halves slide together. And lastly the chest plate folds into place. No use of subspace involved.

Dam! Every kitbashed UM get closer and closer to their G1 counterpart.
Awesome! The chest plate is a great added feature.
I just can't hold myself in saying that you need to buy the myclone head from Alyosha's customs!

I agree. Good job, but that face is a little messed up. Or perhaps Robot Heroes?

I like the mods you made. The paintjob is a tad clumpy, but overall it's very nice.
