This is an good example of a toy suffering from gimmick. But, gimmick or not, he needed a real head. Instead of just cutting off the Key gimmick and giving him a head, I decided to make the pieces into removable wings so I can have a flying dino or a regular dino.

So unless you look, real close, he doesn't seem too different yet in this pic.

This view shows the wings reversed since the inside is just pain neon green plastic w/o any details.

Here is where it looks a lot better.

I attached the elbow joints from a gundam. The head is from a mini KO of (I think) a Brave toy.

This is a really good lookin dino without the back kibble. You can see the back of his head at the base of the dino neck.

    Enjoy.

Me too, also the gap seems a little out of place. Good work though.

My origonal intension was to remove the fin and give him a new head, but I then decided to add the wing. The gap is from the hinges.

I'm surprised to hear that you two (and others) like his origonal head but each to his own.

I think the fin fits the Repugnus, recolor, better but it seems like they could use a more defined head

    Thanks for your comments.

    ya

Ya, I love this, I had the same thought when looking at this toy his head looks like a sailboat/bird thing.

The head reminds me of Megatron(random thought), but this looks great.
