Ok, so I've been in this house for 6 months or so, and I've had so little time to work on it, but before BotCon I thought I'd show everything off.

And some of the bins that still need a going through. But I've got to clear them out before I can put shelves up on the other 2 halves of wall that I have to cover. Though I can't clear them out until I have more shelf space. It's almost a grandfather paradox.

Nice to put the collection to the man.
The shelving is done really well. Did your wife let you have an entire room to yourself for your TFs?
    Cool stuff!

Yeah, I had to fight a bit for my own toy-room. The apartment we lived in before we moved here was rather crowded with toys, so the wonderful woman that is my wife realized that by giving my own room, it'd stay out of the rest of the house (for the most part).

And looking at all those pictures, I still have holes to fill in, though I slowed down in putting things up as BotCon started getting closer, because I'm not sure what all I'll be bringing back.

Kudos to the shelving... nice collection :)

the only thing that scares me about open air displays are earthquakes and stomping...

I see them at hardware stores all the time. They sell the brackets and the boards. If you have an ACE or True Value hardware... try them.

I like your organization with it all. Very cool. and although it is a shame that the slants on the walls prevent further shelving, they do make for great postering!

also, just a tip, you might wanna position your Computron closer to the end of the shelving so that it isn't so overshadowed by Ultra Magnus. I think they would appreciate that.

    :)

Thanks, though living in Indiana there's virtually no chance of earthquakes, and if one hits is it going to be the big mamma jamma where it wouldn't matter. And we don't have kids, only 2 small dogs so the random stomping is kept to a minimum.

Yeah, the slants have killed quite a bit of space, though I do have a new litho to put up in between the two FlyPaper guys. And those bottom shelves still have some filling in to do.
