I haven't seen any done but I wondered if anyone had any ideas on turning the Mustang into a convertible.

Obviously losing the roof would be fairly easy but the legs would be the stumbling block.

I thought i'd see what people think given all the talent out there plus some of our friends from across the water might have acess to the real article.

i'd say you'd need to just cut away the parts of the hatch that are on his legs and put some flat pieces in their place, make it look like a tonneau cover

Thanks for the props TTT :D

I saw a remote controlled car in a store one day that looked just like this, it was a "targa top".....at least thats what they had on the box, but I had to make mine a t-top/targa top because the clip on the roof is what helps hold him together in vehicle mode:

And I was inspired by Napjr's take on Alt Soundwave...so I figured I'd give it a shot....the filler panels on the legs are made from some simple plastic....

Very nice I can see something similar working me on the Corvette with the roof

Its odd but the Car reminds me of something , a car from a cartoon. I think it was from the 80's and there was this race team with 2 talking cars that also solved crime etc. I think the talking bit could be extracted in a little box.

Drat thats gonna nag me til i remember.

Your Laserbeak is cool too a completely different take on it.
