You are describing Spiderman & his Amazing Friends, by Marvel Productions, which would later be renamed Sunbow.
They had this music all the time, at dances, and even variations of this as the regular background music.
Note, the shows theme song was a different tune.

Just before that, Marvel Productions had made a veeeeeery similar show called Spiderman, with a different voice actor.
Few people saw this syndicated show, although it is on Netflix Canada.

This music originated on This show. As many different variations: fun dance (like what Jazz & Blaster played), as serious background, and also as the show theme song, which they are all actual variations of!
