Ever heard of that one?
Music From The Transformers Trilogy | eBay
This is unofficial. Looks like an orchestra or music group just recorded their own versions of the music. I don't even know what the legality on something like this is (probably fair use, considered a cover).
Definitely unofficial, as Aernaroth said. You see music groups do this all the time.
As long as they licensed the Synch rights from the publisher and writer/composer, this is then 100% legit. Happens all the time. Fair use has nothing to do with this.
This kind of thing is generally perfectly legal, but this is an unofficial version. I've seen the London Music Works do covers of other soundtracks as well, like Inception.
Already have three songs from it. It's so win hearing your favorites performed in different ways.
I recall them doing this a lot with the "Titanic" soundtrack as well. And oddly enough, I have a string quartet version of "Hot Fuss" by The Killers. Haha.
true but those rights are rather hard to obtain epecially for a more recent movie
I have the CD. It obviously doesn't sound exactly the same, but it's still pretty good and a nice compilation of the top tracks from the trilogy.
No, they aren't. Maybe more expensive, but difficult to obtain at all.
