Trivia questions like this one haunt me. I mean, I've been driven to distraction by this one. Everything I can come up with are cheats: The Wal-Mart exclusive Animated 2-packs both introduced new Deluxe-class molds of Optimus and Megatron, but of course they're disqualified by virtue of being Optimus and Megatron. The Target exclusive Universe Overbite and Repugnus 2-pack was the first time the Overbite mold was sold on the American market, but of course Takara had sold it as Hellscream in Beast Wars II eight years earlier. The Wal-Mart exclusive Dinobots line was the first time the Ankylosaurus (Slapper) and the Dimetrodon (Sludge) molds were sold on the American market, but again, Takara had sold them in Beast Wars Neo four years prior. Do Armada Mini-Con sets count? And that's seriously about all I can come up with. Great trivia question. I only wish it had a legitimate correct answer. I'd keep thinking about it, but I really need my brain back now.
I am astounded by Ikkstakk's knowledge. As for a proposed multi-pack: Something to do with late-G1 Decepticons - purple and green movie Skorponok, garish deco of Bludgeon, big purpley Mindwipe. Or THEY CAME FROM OTHER MOVIES pack: Legends Wheelie as Johnny 5 Ejector as the Brave Little Toaster Another legends Wheelie as Wall-E I'd buy it.
I like your Decepticons pack idea. Why they haven't done a G1-deco Scorponok is beyond me - they could even use a darker, metallic sheen paint if they wanted it to be less garish.
WFC Soundwave w/ RTS Jazz. I'm thinkin' that Jazz could still be white, but with some sort of slight Cybertronian designs instead of the numbers & stripes, while Soundwave could basically be Soundblaster. Then it could come with a small accessory that was music related & that either of em could use in some way.

Robot Rally - Four pack consisting of one voyager figure and three cyber-verse legion figures as follows; Voyager Shockwave - Darker, more screen accurate paint job. Cyber-verse Legion Roadbuster - No change from the original release. Cyber-verse Legion Leadfoot - Premium deco with Target logo on the hood of the car. Cyber-verse Legion Topspin - Remolded with extended weapons.
