Awesome, thanks for sharing those pics. I've always felt tempted by MRM, but I've held back since I don't have the space nor the money to collect them as well. They look totally awesome though. Have you ever combined them all into one really big robotic monstrosity?

Np about the pix - have got to do a few more soon!!
As for trying to combine them all into one huge 'bot, I've seen pix of other people's attempts at making one, so i might try and either copy one, or adapt it to the sets that i have. I can build a fairly large robot just out of my Juuki Gattai sets, which measures in at around a foot tall (give or take)!!

Yeah, I got a few too:

    i) Teiouryu (Chinese Dradon)
    ii) Wanrikiguma (Bear)
    iii) Uzumakidori (falcon/eagle)
    iv) Yuutenma
    v) Razor Ninja
    vi) Savegunman
vii) The Dragon bot (can't remember the name) that combines with v & vi.
    viii) Arch Tiger

The animal modes look cool but I'm kinda of disappounted with the 3-1 combiners...the toy feels flimsy to me.

instead of making a new thread, I figured I'd bump this one since it isn't too old.

I am looking at getting into MRM. I really want Kaiser Condor, Build Giraffe, & Fang Tiger to start and want to expand from there. I've opted to go this route because I really like the tiger and I can not find the Air Leon. Also, the head that comes on Carry Eagle is red to go with Air Leon while Kaiser Condor's head looks more neutral.

I'd really like an Assault Leon (?), a Needle Stegosaurus, and this guy.

Do those three seem like a good start that I'll be happy with? What about the other three? How obtainable are they and how enjoyable are they?

Well, am pretty sure www.hlj.com have those ones in stock, apart from the Fang Tiger as it has been discontinued (i'm after one too). The rest should be easy to find somewhere. Those sets would be an ideal place to start a collection, since I too kinda got into them about midway thru the range. I know have about 34 sets altogether, with only about 3 sets missed out due to lack of availability. :(

I can recommend the newest sets, the Powerful Tyranno and the Speed Eagle, as my Tyranno arrived from Amenbo today!!

Well, I have my first figures on order. Here is what I have coming:

    1. Air Leon
    2. Build Giraffe
    3. Carry Eagle
    6. Xenobine
    7. Fang Tiger (actually, the first one I ordered)
    9. Heat Tricera
    12. Kaiser Condor

All but Fang Tiger are coming in one large lot.

Is it the "candy-ized" versions of Air Leon, Carry Eagle, and Galaxy Rex that you are missing?
