... and a new crew member: Bluestreak!

I'll be very interested to see how this goes down, considering Bluestreak was originally to fill the role that Swerve wound up in. I'm imagining the two of them hanging out, talking non-stop together at everyone else...

 

I'm just happy that Roberts finally got Bluestreak. He was quite keen to have him when MTMTE was being planned. Good for him! And yeah, agree with you totally!
Him and Swerve would be a force to be reckoned with.

And whoo! Runners! Seems like stuff is about to get serious with the Knight Quest. I feel a little bad for the crew having to start over again on Cybertron.

 

I feel like there's going to be a lot of overlap between Swerve and Bluestreak, but I'll probably be proven wrong.

 

So that means Bluestreak and Smokescreen are both on the ship…

…only one Datsun Bro missing!  

 

Are you kidding? Bluestreak and Swerve on the same ship is going to lead to EXCELLENT dialogue scenes.

But...but Prowl can't survive without having tables to flip, what would happen if he ended up flipping all the tables on the Lost Light?

The reveal sounds like it will add to the interesting banter. I'm sure we'll have even more great quotes.

But at the same time, Megatron has to have a con or two following him along. I'd like to hear about that.

 

I'm super perplexed by tepid reaction to Bluestreak's reveal. Two years ago? I honestly did not give a toss about Whirl, Chromedome, Brainstorm, Swerve, and Tailgate. Now look at where we are. I've no doubt Roberts is gonna be able to find a voice for Bluestreak and frankly, I'm happy to see him being rescued from being benched in RiD for 2 years.

 

This is exactly what I'm talking about. I have complete faith that Roberts will be able to make Bluestreak as great as any of the other crew members. At first I was afraid that Getaway would look like a generic next to the others, but hey, he became a favourite for me throughout Dark Cybertron. What I like about Bluestreak is the fact that he's actually got a backstory to him, something I trust Roberts can do justice and -hopefully- expand on it and flip it on it's head, making us all go 'whaaa-?' in the process.

 

I hope Roberts plays up Bluestreak's PTSD, now that Fortress Maximus is gone.

 

I'm hoping there will be a lot of interaction between Bluestreak and Rung, IIRC 'Streak has a history of seeing Rung. So that would definitely set him apart from Swerve. I have complete faith in Roberts regardless.

 

I think one of mine should have been… based on the times posted, my "SHOOM!" clocked in earlier than the one "Shoom" mentioned… #SadPanda

…tho I can't be too upset, as I have my very own Swerve & Shoomer to display at home now, thanks to MakeToys.  

 

Was it bluestreak, warpath, and Jetfire that got shot up when the decepticons freed Megatron from prison? That was Bluestreak right?

So I guess bluestreak survives that... And then gets on a ship captained by Megatron? Hmmmm seems a little strange.

 

Yeah; all three were confirmed to survive that, FYI. Not to mention the PTSD Bluestreak has from his home city being destroyed by the Decepticons...
