Good to have Milne back on art, every page was gorgeous. A LOT of info-dumping in this issue, I'm just gonna elaborate on the big things...

    Spoilers ahead.

The rewritten universe just got more and more terrifying ever page, especially with the "Upgraded" form of Empurata, that involved them replacing Dominus Ambus's face with a screen, his only "Voice" being text, the Functionists able to display anything on the screen at any time... It got even creepier at the end, when it was revealed they had implanted cameras into Minimus Ambus's EYES.

In a very strange turn of events, the bot shown rebelling against the Functionists was female, and had a striking resemblance to Rung... Surely Roberts will have to elaborate on this one...

It turns out "Three of Twelve" from MTMTE 14 is a member of the functionist council, with the other 12 being
    1. The Convener
    2. The Auditor
    3. The Authenticator (The one from MTMTE 14, Authenticating Point one percenters, I guess.)
    4. The Moderator
    5. The Enumerator
    6. The Enactor
    7. The Curator
    8. The Disseminator
    9. The Inquisitor
    10. The Evaluator
    11. The Mediator
    12. The Castigator.
They all have a similar cyclops appearance, but with some differences.

It turns out that there were multiple briefcases, and they all were components to a time machine, with Brainstorm's primary one being the "Control" briefcase. The Lost-Lighters plan on using the Control-Briefcase extracted from the quantum Lost Light to try and chase him through time...

On a final note, the huge influx of cameos pretty much stopped after those preview pages, the only other ones of note being Armada Hotshot and Bulkhead (He already appeared in Monstrosity) appearing in the Data Slug purge pages.

Like I say every issue, next month can't come fast enough, especially considering the events of this one...

Oh boy... I can't "wait" to see how this turns out. I haven't read it yet, but I'm really curious now.

*gaps at Brainstorm* What the actual feck did you do!?

Also happy to see that Chromedome and Rewind haven't gone straight back yo how they used to be. They are the same but are also diffrent, it makes sense to take it slow.

Oh my God! That was awesome! I can't await the next issue! I need it RIGHT NOW! Now I feel bad I gave Drift 5 stars. Because the 5 stars I gave for MTMTE are much more worth it, then the 5 stars for Drift. I should have given only 3 stars for Drift. This was leagues better.

I really enjoyed this issue. Its gonna take me a bit to digest what's happened fully.

The wait between each month is very tough, but at least it gives me time to re-read the story a few times. I'm looking forward to Elegant Chaos, the stakes are definitely raised.

It was sweet, but sad to see the Rodimus Star left in Trailcutter's hand. :(  As well as the interactions between Chromedome and Rewind, I understand Rewind wanting to take it slow, It makes a lot of sense.

I think the best part of Elegent Chaos is that it provides a glimpse of what life would be like if Megatron had not revolted. In addition to that, I would like a comparison on the amount of deaths by the war and the amount of deaths as a result of the recalls.

Theory for the apparently female Rung - Functionists imposed mandatory sex changes because they're crazy like that.

    I got nothing.

I wouldn't be surprised if Rung is 'The Useless One' the female protester was talking about. Maybe she modelled her appearance off of him.

    Ooh that's a good one.

He's probably like some kind of revolutionary Jesus in this timeline.

I thought the same. Rung being the Useless One.

The general consensus is Rung turns into a key, right?

Yeah, clearly Rung's useless alternate mode turned him into a rallying symbol for the anti-functionist elements on Cybertron, and now they dress up like him. I wonder if female Cybertronians evolved on Cybertron in this new timeline, or if they're still just immigrants from Caminus...

I hate dystopian stories. Hate hate hate them.

On the upside though, the Dystopia we saw really sets the stakes for what is to come with the time jump story. And what we saw on the Lost Light itself was really well done as usual. But the crew is wrong. I'm calling it now that the person Brainstorm went back to kill is Megatron, not Prime. Brainstorm's true allegiance is a lot more complicated than we've been lead to believe.
