Yeah I don't mind made-up cybertronian alt-modes at all. They just need to try much harder.
I agree with your list , but I don't think we need a Ravage , the deluxe one is pretty neat
they managed to do wheels in his hips but how are they gonna do mpm jazz couse he should have wheels in his shoulders. If they manage to pull that of color me impressed
Looking at the CGI model and the Prime 1 statue, i’d say that if they engineerd the wheel in such a way that it would free roll for car mode but if it’s pushed in or pulled out on it’s rolling axle turns into a ratchet joint it will work as a shoulder joint.
Getting the wheel in the shoulder is something else entirely and haven’t figured a good way to do that yet.
Then again that’s HasTaks job, not mine
well, if they managed to make the wheels in ironhide able to be inside in the hips, anything can be happening.
This is the closest thing I found to a concept art:
It's the Botshots art and here it shows Shockwave as a tank. It's not concrete proof but it further verifies the fact he's intended to be a tank.
Your image is broken.
Edit: maybe it's just my phone. The image shows up in my quoting you.
Weird. It shows up fine on my phone. Here's a screenshot of what I was trying to show:
Yeah I think it was my phone. I edited the post before you replied.
I couldn't see the image either.
Anyway, tank or flying....thing tend to be the defaults for cybertronian modes. I'm fine with the "tank" for Shockwave and the "jet" for Megatron and the fallen.
Or flying tank thing.
It's probably been discussed somewhere in the 69 pages of this thread.....but, are the enormous flat panels supposed to be there on his forearms in bot mode?
I recall the old Leader class having that, and lots of people complained of kibble....strange that a new MP version of this guy would have the exact same thing. Is that CGI accurate or something?
Yeah, he has parts of the doors on his arms on the CG model.
I kinda wish they would've went with the battle mask instead of the opening mouth for Ironhide.
It was never used though.
It is a fact that every movie bot has a battle mask, but ironhide never used it in-film.
The opening mouth is a bit weird wide open...but guess what? It closes! Yay.
Never realized Ironhide had a mask. If I recall, Ratchet's mask didn't appear in the films either.
Well maybe him and Ratchet would still be around if they used their battle masks.
That my friend is a piece of concept art, not a CG model.
Thats the rotf version not Tf1.
Hasbro still used simplified versions of the CGI models in its marketing in ROTF, (why?, because by the same word, simplified, more attractive and easy to use), that's why the ROTF game used these concept arts as models. It's the same thing but more simplified, not an un-used conecpt art.
