My MP3 Soundwave quit on me and doesn't play anymore, tried everything! Has this happened to anyone? And yes! I changed the batteries!
When was the last time you loaded a song onto the card? Have you tried a different card? Maybe the headphones went kaput?
Does he still light up? If yes, it's the headphones. If no, it's the Memory Card or you put bad batteries in him. Where'd you buy him? If it's BBTS, they have great customer service.
No, he doesn't light up. The earphones work and the card is great, and I know I used the right batteries. It just stopped working. Got it from Ages three and up.
dunno mate...i've got an ipod, so my soundwave just sits on the shelf with my classics... good luck though...
I had one that quit after a long music-playing session, and wouldn't play/light up/anything anymore. I already had it for a while, so I just demoted it from "music player" to "kewl Soundwave toy". I've heard similar stories around the board, so I'm guessing the electronics aren't all that reliable.
I hadn't used mine in some time, so you got me paranoid. I went and tried it, only not to have it turn on. I changed the battery and it worked fine. *Whew* The next time BBTS has a universal clearance/sale, I think if I can remember, I'll get the Rumble/Frenzy Earbuds.
