The eye is remolded. And I believe an extra hand is included. The extra hand may be wrong though.

 

I got invoiced for MP29+ with Kapow.

I have been waiting for this deco since the original release. I hated the lavender colour, now he's perfect!

 

Nice, I actually loved the lavendar color for some reason but I agree the + color is better. Just POed mine this morning in fact!

 

Looks like this guy is gonna be a Christmas gift from the parents. I can wait an extra month.....

 

Correct, it comes with an extra transparent left fist, for recreation lf Shockwave’s run as The Immortal Iron Fist.

Paid off the invoice today, good timing with the fall in the Pound to be paying jn Euro. Maybe I should even have waited a few more days!

Kapow estimate their stock arriving on the 29th, but I imagine people who ordered through TTMall will get theirs shipped out pretty soon, they usually get sent out earlier.

Thanks! I was ready to weeks ago when you helped "convince" me, ha, but the eBay gods must have known I was only a few dollars shy, as suddenly I couldn't get a sale on any of my old stuff. But all of a sudden several sales this morning--that money was gone immediately!  

Regular MP-29 hasn't sold yet, but if he's still here when 29+ arrives, I don't think I'm going to be able to resist breaking him out one last time for some side-by-side photos. That's probably when I'll scratch the paint all up  

 

Hah, fortunately there isn't too much paint on MP-29 to scratch up. I wonder if it'll be a different story with 29+. I'm good either way, I love paint, but I don't like scratches, and my guitar-calloused fingers always seem to mess up any paint job  

I thought about selling my original MP-29 too, but how can I? He's my first ever Shockwave toy!

Same here! I remember getting a glimpse of the original at a friend's house once but not getting a chance to play with it. It's haunted me to this day!!! Damn self-imposed this one toy per character rule!

As you can see, I am still struggling with this decision.

If you have 29 already , I suggest holding on to him . I took a nice hit selling mine for this version. I just don’t have the space ( or the understanding wife ,SHH! ) to have multiples of the same character. Still , I’m happy as hell to get his one , and am looking forward to having a Laserwave once again grace my collection .

Selling the Vanilla 29 is going to be hard at this point. I lost about $20, but at least it was done locally. Worth it IMO, as I have more of an attachment to this version, the color just pops, and most importantly (this might sound dumb to some) the fact that it had stickers, was something I HATED.

This release fixes that.

Tampoed insignia FTMFW. It's what differentiates a real TF from the rest, in my humble opinion of course.

 

This will be my first G1 Shockwave ever.
