Enemy is the main reason for getting this set for me Here's hoping that the KO guys release each of these separately the way they did Ratbat. My KO Ratbat is pretty perfect.

Whoa. $110 for 4 cassette?. The only good thing I see is that they will most likely make the rest of the cassettes and possibly Blaster if they are releasing Steeljaw.

blaster with no cassette
two more cassette 2 packs: ramhorn with eject and rewind with sunder (lazerbeak mold)

 

Yeah, he doesn't look great in that pic, but I'm confidant that's not how he'll actually look! And yeah, looking forward to Blaster too!

 

Not the first time that a more established character's mold was used for another toy/character though.

 

So were any of these ever in the G1 cartoon or The Headmasters for example? Do not recall ever seeing them on screen.

 

I don't pre-order official product due to frequent quality/paint issues.

They were barley toys. as far as I know:
Enemy was released as a head, voice changer toy and as a belt buckle.
Wingthing was not a Rabat repaint but a non cassette that was part of action master Soundwave
They were both released with encore soundblaster as proper cassette repaints
(post g1)
The other two are post g1 inventions as far as I know. (con exclusive or ehobby thing)

 

Actually Stripes was in the original script for the movie.

So he got pretty close to being an on-screen character.

 

I wonder if there will be four new cards? I imagine they will be in the old art style...

Ah, you are correct. I just skimmed the first couple of posts and just saw Steeljaw. Nightstalker is A-Ok in my book.

 

Probably because he'll come with one of the 4 TV Cassettes.
