That's just so achingly brilliant I actually want it more! Which is something that I did not think would be possible.

I'm totally looking forward to this thing, but I've never been fond of the masterpiece boxes. They look dull and uninteresting to me. I much prefer the boxart of Bandai's SOC line. Especially SOC IronGear and the Spec Evangelions.

That's the same type of MP packaging we've had in the past... what's so different about it?

That looks exactly like I thought it would. I love Takara/Tomy's packaging.

Nice box. Cool, the tie is seperate! That means if I ever feel so inclined, I could give it to some other TFs. :D

He looks great, just not $150.00 great. I'll wait for the inevitable stateside release that Hasbro hinted at.

I'm willing to spend that kind of dough on several figures in a lot at one time, but not that much on a single figure. I can't do it, it's a matter of principle really.

not worth it. Why doesn't it looks like a real dinosaur? I'll spend my money on the movie toys because they look like real aliens.

    :rolleyes2

the box looks dull and flat. I would imagine a MP in a clear cylinder, like the costco TFTM prime....

    Really?

But those are a bitch to stack away somewhere!

Edit: Given, those kinds of packages are perfect for MISB display.

    Soon... Soooooo very soon...

Because it looks cartoonish-G1. Looking like a real dino would break the magic. At least you can bend him and make him more like a real T-rex... kindof...

This is the TF I have most expected (even more after the dessapoinment of RoTF Devastator...). I loke the MP line packing. Looks so "elegant". Any idea who will MP-09 be?
