Anyone had the misfortune of having the enemy team be a Destroyer or Titan and three scientists? Made me ragequit because they were preventing my team from having any fun at all. Are these idiots limited to conquest or in the other modes as well?
Now you got me thinking about the habit that I recently picked up with me wanting to follow teammates and helping them in firefights...
That's just how the game is, because if you work as a team, as you experienced, you can just roll people. Will be interesting to see what improved shields does to all this.
That's when you change characters to either Destroyer or Titans. Seriously though...I tend to run into them from time to time. I have even joined when my team does it, thought I might not always be one of the three mentioned. But the things is about Conquest, that's the best way to roll. As a group. I see quite a few bad players scatter...when they shouldn't do that. They should all move as one to the next point just in case there is a clash.
Because working together beats rambo lone wolf guys. Titan and Destroyer synergize well since a scrapmaker titan is a sitting duck. Inflitrators are amazing at flanking the pack and taking out the scientists butthumping their big guns and letting your team mop up. That there isnt any communication or advantagous map points people bunch up with their team more in the PC version.
Wolf packs FTW. I'm a Titan player with Slime Cannon so I can reliably take on two Scientists or Scouts on at once and typically win, so it isn't too much of an issue for me. I'm a defensive player, and if the team is working as a wolf pack and being so soft, we can split up and take two points at once and keep relatively mobile compared to them who hit one point at a time. Also, being a team made of softies, if you've got Titans or Destroyers you can make life hell for them.
The only time I really go out on my own is with scientist on conquest. If you play it right you will probably die once. Just figure the capture pattern out and stay ahead of it. Also run from most fights.
I just had the same issue with these people as well.... I meant they fight in a team with three inflitrators and two scientists.... And I have taken pics as proof, they are always team together.... Why doesn't HMS just do their balancing to have four as max if they want to team up then fighting the rest like eight other random players?
yeah.... i really seriously miss beating up these little snots with my WFC Leader. sadly i much prefer to be a lone wolf being able to take down an entire team myself than being in a wolf pack.
