Here is a WIP I have been working on for a bit between commissions. This is an entirely scratchbuilt Masterpiece scale Dinobot Snarl. I did one a while back that I really like, but once MP Grimmy came out, he really didn't mesh with the aesthetic that was there. Also, with my MP Swoop that i did a while back, I really want to have the full team in this scale. I am molding and casting the individual parts. So far I have a small mountain of molds. All that is really left is the dino legs/arms, thighs, and the dino head. He will be about a centimeter shorter than MP Grimlock, but he is MASSIVE! He is much stockier than Grimmy, but still looks great next to him.

Thanks fellers! i should also mention that the posts that are on his tail are simply attachment points for his larger tail spikes.

oh wow, this is awsome. Im so excited with this build.

I have a MP Grimmy and my MP Swoop too. I had the idea to do the team also. But looking at how this is shaping up, well it puts me under pressure to build at the sheer quality you have done this.

Absolutly excellant workmanship so far. I cant wait to see more...... Ive got my eye on this awsome project.

always a brighter day for me to see another customizer "build" a G1 mold that really can transform....truly inspiring....thats what we call real customizing...

can we know about your expectation of height in robot mode compared to MP grimlock soon??....and will you cast the parts and sell them as a kit?

You know where to find me ;)

Yup! Already got plans drawn up for Sludge and Slag. Caught a nasty bug that had me off my feet for about a week, and that gave me plenty of opportunity to plan them out. Sludge will (naturally) be the biggest of them.

    Thanks man!

Hah! I also like to pick fights with Warlocks!
Thanks man! I was trying to find appropriate source figures, and finally just decided to scratchbuild him! He is about a centimeter shorter than Grimlock at the top of his head, but if you take his tail and plates into account, he is about the same size. I will be molding and casting the entire guy, but would likely (at least) assemble them to sell to any painters out there who wanted to paint one up, as well as do any full commissions for folks.
