how difficult is it to transform ? I can damn near transform my G2 ramjet blindfolded and my Animated and ROTF seekers take a bit more effort, so in comparison to them how difficult is it?

the MP mold is much more complex.

Nothing is hard about it, mind you. but it's more involved. you also have to be careful with the hinges that move the wings onto the robot's back, because it can break fairly easily due to how thin the plastic is there.

It's definitely easier than I thought it would be, but it's still more challenging than most of my other figures.

I can't transform my Animated seekers without the instructions (or at least I haven't tried) but it only took me two transformations of MP Skywarp to get it down without them. :D

It's really nothing. In my experience, I was honestly upset with how easy it came to me after 1 transformation.

I can do it easily now having so many, but you need to be careful in some areas and take your time.

Agreed, I think "involved" is probably the right word. Everything fits together nicely and pegs or snaps perfectly into place for a beautiful alt mode.

Long story short, you flip up the wings, fold out the arms, pull out the legs, fold up the nose cone / canopy area, and push down his torso.

There are a lot of little details within each step though. He's a lot easier to transform than Masterpiece Megatron, and probably on par with Masterpiece Optimus. Masterpiece Grimlock is the easiest to transform though.

I bought the Takara version 2 years ago. I took me close to an hour to transform it to bot mode the first time. Keep in mind that this was when I first got into collecting (a big leap from the G1's I had as a kid). I also spent a little over $100 on it, so I was trying to be as careful as possible.

Put away your meat hands, follow the instructions, and be patient.

He's actually quite faithful to his G1 transformation pattern... as he would need to be to preserve the look of the bot mode. Aside from the arms going to the front of the torso rather than the back, he's pretty much G1 transformation with a bunch of fiddly extra stuff to ramp up the cool factor.

I never had a G1 seeker, though. :lol

As a kid, I remember only having Hun-Grr, Strafe, Battletrap, Wideload, Twin Twist, and one of the spark bots.
